Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be fulfilled and sent out (though we're usually faster). All orders are shipped either United States Postal Service or UPS, depending on the shipping method that you select at the time of checkout. The number of days for your selected shipping method is calculated from the time your order is fulfilled.

To receive a refund on your purchase, simply email hello@badababyco.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. We'll provide a free shipping label for your return so you can send the items back. Please allow up to five business days for us to process your refund and for a credit to be applied to your original method of payment. If there is a delay with receiving your refund, please check with your credit card company as it may take a few extra days before your credit is posted.
